High School Athlete Strength & Conditioning
Outdoor Workout Group -- Fall 2020

What: This group is open to all high school athletes looking to supplement their workouts to build physical strength and mental resilience in a safe small-group setting
​
When: Tuesdays at 4:30 - 5:30 pm
​
Where: Algonkian Park, Sterling, VA
​
Why should teens join this group?

Build strong physical strength and mental resilience.

A fun social atmosphere, while practicing safe physical distancing (10 participants max)

Learn what to eat (and when to eat it) for optimal health and athletic performance

Workout structure:

PHYSICAL STRENGTH: We will use a variety of strength & conditioning tools, including battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX, dumbbells and body-weight exercises to develop full-body strength, power and agility in a HIIT (high-intensity training) protocol workout.

MENTAL STRENGTH: To finish each workout, I will lead the group through guided meditation and breath work to help them learn how to deal with emotional discomfort and stress.

NUTRITION: We will discuss the best nutrition for their bodies and the WHY behind what you eat and drink (and when) and how it relates to them. I will educate them on simple strategies and tools to add into each day that will help them to feel better physically and mentally.
Cost: $200 for 8 training sessions (Limit 10 participants)
