WHAT IS IT?
My signature 10-Day interactive & on-line (30 days for a limited time!) health and nutrition course will help you understand which foods (and habits) are working for you and which ones no longer work for you. This 30-day version will not require the omission of any food or drink, unless you want to eliminate certain foods. We will however be "crowding out" foods (like sugar) as well as destructive eating patterns that no longer serve us. We will take a mindful approach to letting go of excess weight and other health challenges in order to increase your energy and feel better one month from now. It is a beginning. It is meant to set a new pattern of eating and living with small changes that create big shifts. How will you spend these 30 days otherwise?
You will learn you how to eat what is right for you versus following a generic plan.
Many of our eating patterns have a long history of the "why" and "how" we eat. This program will help you become more mindful of what (and why) you are eating -- as well as when you eat foods that are causing you health and weight issues.
We will learn to "crowd out" unhealthy habits and foods by replacing them with healthier options—foods that are both satisfying and nutritious. This program teaches strategies for dealing with emotional eating, changing unhealthy eating patterns and learning to live your purpose by looking at other area of our life that "feed" us.
