WHAT IS IT?

My signature 10-Day online health and nutrition course will help you understand which foods (and habits) are working for you at this stage in life and which ones no longer serve you. We take a mindful approach to letting go of excess weight and other health challenges durning the menopause transition and beyond, in order to increase your energy and feel better in 10 days. It is a beginning. It is meant to set a new pattern of eating and living with small changes that create big shifts. How will you spend these 10 days otherwise?

You will learn what foods work for you, versus following a generic plan or diet.

Many of our eating patterns have a long history of the "why" and "how" we eat. This program will help you become more mindful of what (and why) and the when you are eating -- so looking at meal timing along with the foods we are eating.

We will learn to "crowd out" unhealthy habits and foods by replacing them with healthier options—foods that are both satisfying and nutritious.

 

This 10-day course also teaches strategies for dealing with emotional eating, changing  unhealthy eating patterns and learning to live your purpose by looking at other area of our life that "feed" us.
