HEALTH
COACHING
I create a supportive environment to enable you to achieve all of your health goals. My knowledge of all major dietary theories combined with practical lifestyle coaching methods creates program designed specifically for you.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation.
REAL FOOD METHOD
Because I know how hard it can be to change food habits, I created a 10-day method to help jump-start the process. Each challenge provides you with a daily food plan, recipes, a 30-minute coaching call, a closed Facebook group for support, and daily emails for accountability.
GROUP
TRAINING
My small group workouts offer the individual attention of personal training in a more affordable small group setting. Each new participant will receive a one-on-one goal setting session to determine the most effective workout plan along with nutrition guidance to achieve maximum results.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Working one-on-one allows for the greatest flexibility. For those nervous about working out in a group, or who want my dedicated instruction, personal training may offer the best solution.
This book is about my physical "death" during a trail race in 2014, my 2% chance of miracle survival and the in between. It’s about how my physical death on that gravel trail in Reston, Virginia forced me to examine my “little deaths” — that ultimately lead me to a reawakening of self.
